Ac service found disconnect halfway out pushed in system is now heating
Air conditioning maintenance performed on four Systems, found issues and fixed them. Customer is so happy that we could do her maintenance on Saturday and says she would never use another AC company for her home!
Multiple problems. Living room kitchen unit no cool. Find breaker turned off. Turn back on. Unit cooling properly. Basement unit intermittently working. Find over flow safety has water in it. Drain has no trap. Install trap and prime. Water spots on ceiling in hallway. No ductwork above it. Check that unit and find wet insulation and overflow safety wet. Vacuum drain line and leave blower fan set to on to dry unit out.
Found drain line clogged and float switch tripped Jake was just out here today.
Upon arrival all systems were running except for the New York unit was turned off. Set thermostat to cool and equipment started and ran normally. Checked over AC system. Suggested to call and schedule a maintenance. Equipment is running normally at this time. Changed the Honeywell thermostat from a non-programmable to a programmable At clients request.huhjh
Checked all the things that the inspector had on the list that had issues. Gave the customer a quote on replacement of 2.5 ton system and installing 35 feet of drain line from the 3rd floor system.
